Boogie2988 Threatens Self-Harm with Knife During Heated Argument with Destiny.

Controversial internet personality Steven “Boogie2988” once again became the center of social media attention after threatening to harm himself with a knife during a heated argument on the Lolcow Live podcast. The incident, which took place on July 18, 2024, involved fellow influencers Steven “Destiny” and Mutahar “SomeOrdinaryGamers,” and was hosted by Daniel “Keemstar.”

The drama began on July 16, 2024, when Boogie2988 reactivated his official X account to address allegations regarding a fake cancer diagnosis. In his statement, Boogie2988 insisted that he would “never lie” about such a serious matter and issued an apology for any confusion.

The situation escalated during the podcast at the two-hour mark when Boogie2988 and Destiny engaged in a heated exchange. Boogie2988 accused Destiny of “encouraging” people to self-harm, a claim that arose from Destiny’s controversial remarks about Donald Trump’s attempted assassination. Boogie2988 furiously stated:

The guy who laughed at fking Donald Trump’s assassination attempt is telling people to cut their fking arms. Go fk yourself! Oh, you want to see that? Hold on, okay. I’ll do it. Give me 30 seconds.”

Destiny responded to Boogie2988’s outburst by speculating that Boogie was waiting for Keemstar to intervene, saying:

“Holy s**t. The next era of Boogie’s self-harm. No, he’s waiting for you (Keemstar) to tell him to stop. That’s what he’s doing. He’s waiting. He’s going to come back with the razor and he’s going to hold it up, and he’s going toā€¦”

Moments later, Boogie2988 reappeared on the podcast holding a knife and directed his anger at Destiny:

“No, he wants me to. He told me to, right? He told me toā€¦. Destiny, you fking piece of st!”

At this point, Keemstar promptly ended the podcast episode and removed Boogie2988 from the Discord call. Visibly shaken, Keemstar commented:

“All right. No. No, no. No, no. Fking no! No! God, what the fk? No. What the f**k! I don’t even know what to say.”
