Big Scarr’s sister Alexandra Woods took to her Instagram handle on 9th January Monday to share a message about Gucci Mane’s donation.
For the unversed, the 1017 Global CEO’s wife Keyshia Ka’Oir revealed receipts to prove that her husband spent $10,000 on Big Scarr’s funeral and another $10,000 on flowers.
Woods on the other hand addressed Ka’oir’s claims during a recent Instagram Live.

She said, ‘That 10K ain’t help with nothing but obituaries and flowers, boo. My brother worth more than 10K.’
Moreover, she continued, ‘Yea, Gucci sent $10,000. And somebody else on another team. So, it was $20,000 in all. And we ain’t get the flowers. I don’t give a f*ck what nobody says.’
She added, ‘Anyway, the funeral getting paid for regardless. That little-a*s money. That’s why we said he didn’t help…That wasn’t enough. My brother’s funeral was 60K in all.’
If you didn’t know, the drama stemmed after Big Scarr’s associate Quezz Ruthless called out Gucci Mane for promising to pay for his former signee’s funeral. However, Ruthless said that Gucci Mane allegedly ghosted the family during delivery time.
Ruthless said, ‘We don’t need your money to pay for his funeral. He was gon’ get buried either way. It’s just the point that you supposed to be his CEO.’

Big Scarr’s father thanks Gucci Mane for paying for his son’s funeral
Big Scarr’s father has taken to social media to share gratitude towards Gucci Mane and the record label for paying for his son’s funeral.
He stated, ‘Gucci and them was the best thing that ever happened to my son. Nobody deserves this here. Shouts out to everybody who sent flowers.’
Meanwhile, Big Star whose real name was Alexander Woods passed away on 22nd December 2022. He was only 22 and reportedly died due to an accidental drug overdose.
Besides that, he was at his unidentified girlfriend’s home in his native Memphis at the time of his unfortunate demise.
However, it remains unclear which specific medications the late singer took.
Furthermore, the Memphis Police Department confirmed there was no foul play involved in Big Scarr’s death.
Moreover, he was slated to perform at the Rolling Loud music festival in March 2023.
