Bennyβs real name is Jeremie Damon Pennick. He was born on November 27, 1984. He is very famous and known professionally as Benny the Butcher. He is an American rapper from Buffalo, New York. He is an integral part of the hip-hop group named Griselda. He has done frequent collaborations with his first cousin Westside Gunn and also Conway the Machine. He is also a major part of the collective Black Soprano Family.

Benny the Butcher makes Record Deal With Def Jam
The member of Griselda, Benny, confirmed the news of the deal with Def Jam through Instagram on Friday. He also shared a photo of him with a pen in hand and the contract. He captioned the photo saying βA buffalo n***a the brand new face of the legendary Def Jam Recordsβ. He also wrote that he signed his major important deal finally.
Benny then thanked his peers of Griselda. He also thanked his management team at Roc Nation.
There were several headlines made by Benny weeks ago. Because of which he was compelled to postpone a concert in Detroit because of a medical emergency. One of his friends informed the Complex that he was suffering from asthma-related issues and therefore he was hospitalized.
