Benny Blanco collaborates with BTS to produce Blood Sweat and Tears, Life Goes on, and Fake Love special remixes

The K-pop band BTS teased the fans as they announced they will be teaming up with producer Benny Blanco for their upcoming project.

The globally famous idol group took to their Twitter handle to reveal their forthcoming collaboration with the famed producer. They also mentioned that they will produce special remixes for the songs that ARMY chose.

BTS X Benny Blanco

BTS’s collaboration with Benny Blanco is the culmination of the band’s #MyBTSTracks campaign. 

The group’s studio label, Big Hit Music, asked fans to vote for their favorite songs in an Instagram challenge over the last few weeks. They also mentioned that the Top 3 favorite tracks will be revamped into a special remix package with the help of Benny Blanco.

Most of the fans voted for their 2016 hit song Blood Sweat and Tears. It was the title song of their album Wings. 

The track with the second-most fan votes was revealed to be their track called Fake Love. It was the title track from their 2018 studio album, Love Yourself: Tear.

Surprisingly the third track which will be adapted into a special remix is their single Life Goes On. It was the title track of their 2020 self-produced record named BE.

Benny Blanco has collaborated with multiple famous musicians such as Halsey, Khalid, Calvin Harris, Marshmello, and Selena Gomez. He is mostly known for his work in the single Lonely which featured pop sensation, Justin Bieber. The track was globally recognized and gained immense popularity.

The three fan-favorite tracks are scheduled to be released as special remixes on the 27th of May. Benny Blanco will be contributing to the remix production with BTS.

These remixes come ahead of the group’s anticipated anthology record, PROOF.

The remixes are to arrive a few weeks before the band releases their highly awaited album PROOF. 

The septet is slated to release the anthology on 10th June. The fortnight album will consist of tracks from BTS’s nine-year career. They are also surprising the fans with three new songs one of them titled Yet To Come.

PROOF is divided into three CDs and 45 songs altogether. It will feature many globally hit songs of the band including Spring Day, Dynamite, ON, and IDOL. They have also included numerous unreleased songs and demo versions as well.
