Arnold Schwarzenegger is being sued for allegedly crashing his SUV into a bike. According to TMZ, the event occurred in West Los Angeles in February of this year. According to accounts, the woman riding the bicyclist, Joanne Flickinger, drifted into Schwarzenegger’s lane. According to reports, this is what caused the accident. According to TMZ, Joanne took a left turn ahead of Arnold, and he failed to trigger a chase to slam the brakes. Joanne was reportedly brought to the emergency room. According to the records, Joanne stated that Arnold was driving “excessively fast and neglected to keep an adequate lookout.” She additionally stated that she was severely injured in the accident.

At the time, it was reported that drugs and alcohol played no role in the occurrence. It h as also been reported that the Twins actor was not driving at a particularly rapid speed. He assisted officers on the site. Arnold allegedly then loaded Joanne’s bike onto the back of his car and took it to a repair shop. This is not Arnold’s first car accident; he was engaged in a multi-vehicle crash in Los Angeles in 2022. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, a woman had to be brought to the hospital after suffering an abrasion on her skull. The 2022 accident occurred after Arnold’s divorce from Maria Shriver, possibly ten years later. According to court documents, the couple resolved their divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Getting Sued After Allegedly Hitting A Bicyclist Named Joanne Flickinger With His Car

According to TMZ, Arnold Schwarzenegger is being sued for allegedly hitting a bike with his SUV in West Los Angeles in February. According to sources, the woman, Joanne Flickinger, was riding her bike when she drifted into Schwarzenegger’s lane, causing the accident. According to law enforcement sources, Flickinger attempted a left turn in front of the former California governor before he could press his brakes. The 75-year-old “Terminator” star, who is listed in the latest case, was transported to the emergency room following being and now alleges that he is to blame. She claims he was driving “excessively fast and neglected to keep a proper lookout,” according to records. Flickinger also claimed that the crash left her with serious injuries. It was claimed at the time that drugs and alcohol were not suspected of playing a factor in the disaster. It was also alleged that the “Twins” star was not driving unusually fast and was cooperative with cops on the scene.

Following the collision, Schwarzenegger loaded Flickinger’s bike onto the back of his SUV and took it to a repair shop. This isn’t the first time the actor has been engaged in a road accident in recent years. In January 2022, Schwarzenegger was involved in a multi-car accident in Brentwood, California. Schwarzenegger was driving a GMC Yukon when it collided with a red Prius, sliding over the smaller vehicle and then colliding with a Porsche Cayenne. In her lawsuit petition, the female biker also claims that Schwarzenegger and his production company, Oak Productions, “negligently managed, maintained, repaired, drove, &/or controlled their vehicle” resulting in the collision and irreversible harm to her. She is now suing for damages, including “past as well as future pain and suffering/emotional distress; past and future decreased earnings; past and future reduction of earning capacity; past and future health care costs; past and future medical expenditures; past and future related expenses; and past and future household services.” The 2022 accident occurred after Arnold’s divorce from Maria Shriver, possibly ten years later.
