Angel Reese Benched in the Second Half of Game Against Kent State
Angel Reese has an impressive scoring record for LSU, making her a valuable player on the team. However, in Tuesday’s match against Kent State, LSU chose to keep Reese on the bench for the second half of the game. No reason was stated by the team or Reese during the game.

Reese, in one of her cryptic posts on [Nov 19, 2023], wrote, “please don’t believe everything you read.” Before this, on her Instagram, she shared a photo of a cart full of basketballs with no clarification about what the post meant.

Angel was however not allowed in the second half of the game against Kent State due to Kim Mulkey, LSU coach’s decision. Who posted after Friday’s game “You want me to explain why? It’s very obvious Angel was not in uniform”.
Kim though added, “Angel is a part of this basketball team and we hope to see her sooner than later”.
