Andrew Tate talks about his ban on social media

Andrew Tate has become a controversial figure in the last few weeks. This comes after he was banned from social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

Regardless, Tate sat down with Tucker Carlson from Fox News on Thursday and mentioned that he was removed not because of his political news.

He said, ‘They banned me simply because I had large swaths of the population agreeing to very traditional masculine values.’

Tate further added, ‘Teenage men and young men, 20, 22, 23, 24, were looking up to me and aspiring to be like me.’

Moreover, the former kickboxer admitted, ‘I live a very traditionally masculine life. I have fast cars and a big house and a lot of money and a beautiful girlfriend, and they thought they thought this was very, very threatening.

He continued, ‘For some reason, they decided that they should annihilate me from the internet and replace me with somebody who’s more aligned with whatever they’re trying to propose.’

Tate has been making headlines over the last several years for his opinions. He has been labeled as ‘dangerous’ and ‘misogynistic.’

Back in 2017, Tate was not allowed to use Twitter anymore, after he stated that women must ‘bare some responsibility’ when they are sexually assaulted in the wake of the #MeToo movement.

Who is Andrew Tate?

Andrew Tate is reportedly a descendant of African, American, and British. He was born to a British mother while his father Emory Tate is African-American. Emory is a widely known chess master.

Furthermore, while some claim that Tate was born in Washington, D.C, others have suggested that his place of birth was in Chicago, Illinois. Regardless, he was subsequently brought up in Luton, England.

Additionally, following the incident in 2017, Tate reportedly moved to Bucharest, Romania.

He spoke about his immediate move during an episode of The Fellas Podcast.

Tate revealed, ‘I don’t feel comfortable (in Western countries like the UK). I don’t like the way it functions and operates. I think it’s the most corrupt, disgusting, and degraded society on Earth. There’s nothing left besides money and (a) corporate agenda.’

Moreover, Tate gained fame on social media after a video of him attacking a woman surfaced on the internet. Consequently, he was also removed from UK’s hit reality series Big Brother in 2016.
