American Idol winner Laine Hardy is Being Investigated By Louisiana State University Police Department

On Thursday, American Idol winner Laine Hardy was handed out a warrant by the Louisiana State University Police Department (LSU).
Hardy took to his official social media accounts on Thursday to inform his fans and followers about his probe.
As per the statement, the singer confirmed that he had received a warrant from LSU’s officials after he was accused of a sensitive issue. He did not reveal the nature of the allegations against him or the complaint that led to the warrant.
LSU officials have also mentioned that an ongoing investigation is being executed against Hardy. They however did not provide any additional details regarding the warrant.

Who is Laine Hardy?
Laine Hardy was born on 12th September 2000. He was born in Baton Rouge and continues to reside in Louisiana.
The 21-years-old is primarily known for rock music. He first auditioned for American Idol season 16 in 2018. He however made it only to the top 50 in season 16.
Later on, he participated in American Idol season 17. He won that season by beating Alejandro Aranda in the final competition.
Hardy has dropped numerous singles and albums after he won American Idol season 17.
Some of his notable works include Blue Christmas (2018), Flame (2019), Ground I Grew Up On (2020), Tiny Town (2020), Let There Be Country (2020), and Memorize You (2021).
The singer grabbed the attention of the viewers after he performed Memorise You last year on ABC’s The Bachelor series.
Hardy was brought up in Livingston alongside his older sister Brittany and brother Kyle. His father works as a general contractor for a construction company. Hardy’s mother is a real estate agent.
He learned to play the guitar when he was only 8 years old. By the time he turned 14 he teamed up with his brother and cousins to form a band. They named the group Band Hardy and performed in local restaurants and bars in Louisiana.
Laine Hardy to feature in American Idol Season 20
Earlier this week, Laine Hardy confirmed that he is ready to appear in the new season of American Idol.
The Flame singer will appear in season 20 episode 17. He will star alongside Laci Kaye Booth, who was a fellow contestant in season 17. The seventeenth episode of American Idol will reportedly be a reunion episode. It is slated to drop on 2nd May on the ABC network.
