Amber Rose Faces Backlash for Trump Endorsement and Alleged Transphobic Remarks

Amber Rose, a well-known figure in the entertainment industry, has recently been labeled as “transphobic” by social media users following her endorsement of Donald Trump. Despite the online backlash, Rose remains steadfast in her support for the former president in the upcoming elections.
The controversy ignited when Rose was seen in a photograph with Donald and Melania Trump. Critics were quick to label her a hypocrite, citing her advocacy for women’s rights, her annual SlutWalk event, and her previous negative remarks about Trump.
In response to the criticism, Rose took to Instagram to voice her thoughts. She suggested that people “of color” are being brainwashed in their perceptions of Trump and made some contentious claims. “Y’all think Biden cares about black ppl???” she questioned, calling her critics “sad” and encouraging them to research the candidates as she had done.

Rose emphasized her commitment to women’s rights, stating, “I’ll ALWAYS put women first.” She then made a controversial comment about trans women participating in women’s sports and claimed that Trump supports the most reasonable compromise on abortion. “Stop being brainwashed cuz WE’RE ppl of color. Make your own decisions,” she urged.
However, her response only served to fuel the b acklash, with many online users branding her as transphobic. One user commented, “you cannot be a feminist or pro-women’s rights if you’re transphobic. You’re a fraud.” Another user pointed out that Rose had previously engaged with the trans community, accusing her of hypocrisy. “So now Amber Rose doesn’t like trans women and refers to them as ‘biological men’ when she used them and pandered to that community for YEARS,” they wrote.
Others highlighted Trump’s role in the reversal of Roe v. Wade and the subsequent abortion bans. “Amber Rose is a walking contradiction,” one user stated. “She claims to be a ‘champion of women’s rights’ but just publicly endorsed Donald Trump — a man who takes credit for overturning Roe v. Wade.”
This incident underscores the complexities and potential pitfalls of celebrity endorsements in politics, particularly when the celebrity in question has a history of advocacy for certain rights or causes. As the backlash continues, it remains to be seen how this will impact Rose’s reputation and influence.

Amber Rose using the LGBTQ community to gain traction and having them as her biggest supporters when she did her walks, just to turn around and be transphobic so she can defend Trump is really something.

Amber Rose is correct. , it takes you to do two hours of independent research outside of CNN and MSNBC, and you'll find out that Biden never cared for black people. Jim Crow Joe has helped put more black people in chains along with Bill Clinton pic.twitter.com/jJYRTS93Pg
