“She’s the man” actress Amanda Bynes has finally addressed the issue of her alleged nude photo. She has spoken about it and clarified that it is fake.
The 36-year-old star came forward to clear the speculations of her being naked in a photo. The picture has gone viral ever since it surfaced on Twitter earlier this week. It shows a woman naked in a bathtub.

While speaking to TMZ, Bynes revealed that she never clicks nude photographs of herself. So the one circulating on the Internet is not her but someone purporting to be the actress.
She further confirmed that she has no link to the Twitter account where the picture first appeared.
A Twitter user named @PersianLa27 posted a picture of the backside of a naked woman on all fours. The female in the picture has pink hair and is taking a bath in the tub.
Tamar Arminak, Bynes’ attorney, has further mentioned that their legal team has been struggling for years to deactivate the Twitter handle in question, but to no avail.
Arminak continued that Twitter refused their request to take down the page just for the fact that it is a ‘celebrity parody page’.
Bynes’ added to her statement that her team appealed to Twitter by using her 9-year conservatorship as a catalyst. However, the social media giant refused to budge on its decision.

Arminak stated, ‘There is nothing funny about what she was going through mental health-w ise, and the fact Twitter thought it was appropriate to keep a parody account mocking what she was going through is disgusting.’
