Alicia Keys Calls Brandi Carlile Her “True Sister”

Alicia Keys and Brandi Carlile met at a show hosted by Carlile,  Alicia made a guest appearance on the show.

Both the musicians worked together and created A beautiful noise. It was nominated for the forthcoming Grammys. But Alicia and Carlile’s connection continues after the studio.

Who is Brandi Carlile?

Brandi Carlile is a well-known singer and music producer. Brandi Carlile received 18 Grammy nominations and also released seven studio albums. And in the 61st Annual Grammy, she was the most nominated woman.

Brandi has experienced and tasted every genre including country, folk, and rock.

Some popular songs of hers are the eye, every time I hear that song, that wasn’t me, and the joke among others.

A Beautiful Noise is the collaboration of Alicia and Brandi and it was released in October 2020. And this song has the chance for the song of the year award at the forthcoming Grammys.

Talking about Brandi’s family, she is married and has two daughters. Her partner’s name is Catherine Shepherd.

Alicia Keys and Brandi Carlile recognised that they share a connection and found a true sister together.

Brandi said she was saying to everyone before that they had barely known each other for a couple of years. But now it feels like they have grown to become sisters.

Alicia said to Brandi, that she believes that she had met somebody that is such a true sister. She can call her and say ‘Hey,’ and you can call me and say ‘Hey,’ and we come for each other. It’s a very extraordinary thing, so I cherish it.
