Johnny Depp falls asleep during the trial
Johnny Depp zones out during his ongoing trial with former wife Amber Heard.
Depp nods off while listening to Heard’s attorney’s lengthy court reading. He leans his head against his head which appears to drop a couple of times as he slumbers.
After the reading, the judge insisted on Heard’s legal team to conclude. This roused a catnapping Depp from his sleep as he laughed. Furthermore, he looked up for the chair as the judge called that the court was let out for the day.
Depp sued actress Amber Heard for a $50 million lawsuit. He filed the case after Heard penned an op-ed in The Washington Post in December 2018. In the post, Heard describes herself as a survivor of domestic abuse. Although no name was mentioned in the article, Depp’s attorneys claim that the actor was defamed which damaged his reputation.
Depp maintains to deny that he never struck Heard. He further has testified that he was the one who was abused at the hands of The Aquaman star during their relationship.
Heard on the other hand continues to claim that Depp has physically and sexually abused her multiple times.

Walter Hamada, the president of DC Films productions at Warner Bros, testified in favor of Depp this Tuesday.
He denied Heard’s allegations against the studio house for reducing her role in Aquaman 2 due to the bad she is receiving in her legal situation. He added that the production is debating whether Heard will stay in the franchise because of the lack of chemistry between her and Jason Momoa.
I have to say Johnny Depp's team ending his testimony with the audio of Amber saying "…tell them, I, Johnny Depp, a man, am a victim of domestic violence…and see how many people believe or side with you," was probably one of the most powerful moments thus far
