What If…? Episode 8 is titled “What If… Ultron Won?”. In this episode, you saw what would happen if Ultron wins the battle and became successful in making a vibranium body for himself. We saw what would have happened if Avengers failed to take it for the hero- Vision.

Ultron is on his way to kill all the humans on this earth through his mind stone. However, Thanos came and interfered with Ultron to stop him. But he could not and instead get himself killed by Ultron. Because of this, Ultron got another Infinity stone. The only surviving members of the Avengers family are Natasha Romanoff, Clint Barton, and Carol Danvers. They tried to upload the consciousness of Arnim Zola to Ultron’s army. With this, they thought that they would be able to beat Ultron.

But their plan did not prove to be successful as Ultron got to know about the multiverse. Therefore, he left this universe to win over others. Ultron attacked Watcher because of thick, he also attacked in return. This was the first time ever in this series that Watcher was put to action. But Ultron defeated Watcher and the latter called other powerful ones from Episode 4.
