Tokyo Revengers Episode 14: Ken Wakui is one of the best Shounen manga writers in the world and Tōkyō Ribenjāzu is his best creation. The anime series Tokyo Revengers is the anime adaptation of this manga series. The manga has been serialized in Kodansha‘s Weekly Shōnen Magazine since March 2017 and the anime started airing on 11th April 2021. The director of the anime is Koichi Hatsumi, the scriptwriter is Yasuyuki Mutō and Keiko Ōta is the character designer. The last episode was named “Odds and Ends” and it is the 13th entry. And fans are eagerly waiting for the next one to come.

In the previous episode, we have seen Takemichi met Hinata and they went to a park. Hinata had feelings for him. But in this world Takemichi dumped Hinata. And in the park, Hinata asked him why he dumped her. After that, we have seen Hanma planned to crush Takemichi by using Akkun. Akkun crashed a car with Hinata’s car but at that time Takemichi was not there. But Hinata was there, Takemichi tried his best to bring Hinata outside of the crashed car but Hinata was badly wounded. After some time both the car blasted and Akkun and Hinata died. And Takemichi shouted angrily that he will bring her back at any cost.
Tokyo Revengers Episode 13: Takemichi attends Hinata’s funeral
In episode 13 we can see Takemichi attending the funeral of Hinata and his eyes are determined to bring her back. Naoto breaks down and blames himself for this. After that Hina’s mother comes to Takemichi and gives him the neckless that Takemichi gave Hina a long time back. Hina’s mother tells him that this was very close to her heart. All these years even she was rejected, she loved him very much.
Naoto tells Takemichi that he researched Akkun’s background in this timeline. He found that he had a family and his family was taken hostage and Akkun was threatened to do such a thing and Toman was behind this as Akkun said. But Takemichi is confused about why Hanma w as there. Then Takemichi tells Naoto that he will again go to the past and this time he will be the leader of Toman. And in this way, he will try to protect Toman from being evil.
Tokyo Revengers Episode 13: Takemichi and Naoto visit Draken
After some days Naoto calls Takemichi to Tokyo Detention Center. Takemichi has no idea why they are there. Naoto tells him that Draken is not with Toman now. He killed someone and arrested by the police. He is now on death row. Takemichi visits Draken and asks why the situation ended up like this. Draken tells that if he gets another chance he will gonna kill Kisaki. Takemichi asks him why Kisaki is like this and why Kisaki wants to kill him. Draken tells that Kisaki idolized Mikey but over time that became hatred. And now Kisaki wants to destroy everything Mikey holds dear to.
Both of them came to Naoto’s office to discuss the situation and what they gonna do next. Takemichi is stubborn about going to the past and be the Toman’s head. But Naoto is not that confident about that. But Takemichi explains that he will first become a captain. Takemichi has succeeded in previous missions of Naoto believes him and ready to send him back to the past. So Naoto and Takemichi handshake and sends him to the past.
Tokyo Revengers Episode 13: Mikey announces Takemichi as 3rd division Captain
When Takemichi gets his sense back he finds himself in a public bath with Mikey and Draken. And they are fighting, laughing, and enjoying themselves. After the bath when they came outside all the captains were there. And Mikey Formally announces Takemichi as the new 3rd division Captain. Listening to that Takemichi is surprised.
