Sonny Boy Episode 9: Spoilers

Episode 9 of Sonny Boy is going to be released soon. There is no official statement but we can have some predictions about the coming episode. The journey is going to take a new turn. The girl died but Gen is now a changed person with new ways to look at life. Let’s see what new adventures the coming episodes will bring. Sonny Boy Episode 8: Recap

As we saw in the previous episode, due to an epidemic that hit the girl, she thought that she was looking horrible. She asked Gen about how she was looking. Gen replied by saying that her hair looks as clear as snow. He said that her eyes were blue like the sky with those kind eyes. Gen went more close and asked the girl to keep her eyes open. He was going to propose to her.

But Gen couldn’t. The reason being the girl’s illness. Whenever someone touches her they turn into different creatures. The same happened with Gen, he turned into a dog. But still, Gen didn’t give up on the girl. He knew that the girl put so much effort and he has to do the same.

The girl was fighting the epidemic with all her courage but as the time passed away, Gen was feeling awkward coming before the girl. On the other hand, Mizohu and Nagara realized that Gen was in love with the girl and it was genuine.

Fortunately, the girl turned Gen again into a human but it didn’t make any difference. Her tumor spread all over her body and she was on the verge of death. Gen was there with the girl in the hospital.

But before dying, the girl revealed to Gen that she was Kodama. When she died, Gen was heartbroken. It was the full moon’s night, they again came into their real looks and became monsters. Gen told them how that girl changed the way he looked at life. In the end, he went back to his world.
