Social media is a place where rumors can easily spread. People start believing in fake news that some fraudsters post without any proof, on Twitter. Recently, news of Prince William’s affair with his former girlfriend Rose Hanbury started swirling around Twitter once again.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are facing racism. This concern was expressed by Richard Eden, who is the Daily Mail Diary Editor and @Mailplus broadcaster. He talked about the issue that they are facing in the UK, on 28 December, on Oprah Winfrey interview.
Tweet For Diverting The Rumors of Prince Williams
Richard Eden posted a tweet via his official Twitter account. It says, “I generally worry that Prince Harry and #Megan’s criticism of unnamed ‘racist’ Royals has increased the danger of attacks on the #Royal family. Security needs to be stepped up as a result.”
Alex Tiffin, An independent journalist, stated the tweet as “it was shared only to divert attention” from Prince William’s viral rumors. He wrote as a reply to Richard Eden’s post, in a series of tweets, “Deputy editor of a race-baiting newspaper trying to divert attention from the huge L in court. Also, I would rather the media just named Prince William as the person in question, instead of pussy footing about it, like they did his affair with Rose lassie.”
He continued writing, “PS. injunctions from the High Court in London are worthless in Scotland, my residence, and no amount of legal pressure is going to erase the fact Prince William had an affair with Rose Hanbury. Enjoy Your Evening.”
In the next tweet he wrote, “multiple UK News outlets have had evidence of the affair and his other comments, some even spoke of them on this site before legal threats saw them delete. A Royal should not be afforded extra protection from scrutiny than any other public figure. Journalists report, not handle.”
Who is Rose Hanbury?
As per sources, Rose Hanbury is the Marchioness of Cholmondeley. In 2009, she tied the knot with David Rocksavage, who is the 7th Marquess of Cholmondeley. The couple has three children. She was in the headlines after her rumor went viral about dating the Duke of Cambridge.
The rumors claimed that Prince William has been cheating on Kate when she was pregnant with their third child. After this news came to the surface, Prince William took legal action, for stopping the rumors, against the media.
Richard Kay supported the Royals and said, “I can also reveal both sides have considered legal action but, because none of the reports have been able to offer any evidence about what the so-called dispute is about, they have chosen to ignore it.”
Now, as the rumors are swirling around social media once again, people are slamming British media. According to some people, “the palace covered up the future king alleged extramarital affair but failed to protect the successes.”
The accusation was put on the basis of Megan’s statement that she said in the Winfrey interview. She said, “they were willing to lie to protect other members of the family. They were not willing, to tell the truth to protect me and my husband.”
