The Secret Agents Service caught him with three rounds of ammunition in Maryland. He claimed of heading to Washington DC to see the President. Moreover, he revealed that his plans to kill the President were in accordance with a divine mission directed to him by God.

Kansas Man Heads To The Capital To Kill The US President

Scott Merryman, a native of Independence, Kansas is a construction contractor. He drove from his hometown to Maryland on Tuesday. Merryman claimed that he was traveling to Washington DC to kill the President. He informed the police of Independence, Kansas of the same. An FBI agent contacted him. He revealed to the agent that he will “lop off the head of the serpent in the heart of the nation.” Moreover, he even threatened to kill the FBI Agent, who later contacted the Secret Service agents.

The authorities caught Scott Merryman in a parking lot of a Cracker Barrel in Maryland. They even found three .45 bullets wrapped in a magazine. However, he wasn’t carrying any gun. In an initial conversation with the FBI agent, Scott Merryman revealed that he wanted to convey some information in the book of Revelation to the President. However, he denied that the “serpent” he planned to decapitate was Biden. In addition, he mentioned his plan to kill President Bidden to a switchboard operator in the White House.

A Secret Service agent reports that Scott Merryman told him that he was “fed up with the divisiveness of this country” and that he was guided by God in his plans to assassinate the President. Furthermore, he mentions that he is coming for President Joe Bidden and one can even quote him.

The Kansas native made all the threats through calls and posts on his Facebook page. There is a series of bizarre rants and threats of killing the President on his Facebook profile. In a post read on Wednesday, he accused the President of being “Antichrist”. Moreover, he even mentioned that Bidden will suffer a fatal head wound.

In another post, Scott Merryman stated that he had to cancel all of his plans because he would be traveling to the nation’s capital on a God-led journey. Furthermore, his arrest warrant cites that Merryman posted on his Facebook page on Wednesday that Lucifer was sending agents to speak to him at Cracker Barrell. Lastly, a court filing revealed Merriman allegedly called up the White House and threatened the president on Thursday.
