Nurse Shares About ‘the Rally’ Phenomenon

Julie McFadden gave a little peek inside her work career and shared information. She shared what people can expect before dying in a series of TikTok videos.
She says that she was inspired to make TikTok’s after she saw her niece use the platform. She thought it was a great platform to educate more people about her work.

Her motive was to normalize death by educating people about it. She shared that when she had gone to visit her family she saw that her nieces were on TikTok making dance videos. She then later went on to TikTok to see their dance video. This gave her the idea to start her own TikTok about death and dying. Four days later she did it and it reached heights.

She has been making videos on TikTok for approximately 6 months. She has more than 340000 followers on her account. She says that it is crazy.
In another video, she shared some details about the phenomenon ‘rally’. Rally is the period of time that the patient’s health is improved before their death.

She explained that that is when a person is rally sick. And that the patient is really sick and actively dying. Their death might take place within a few days. But then suddenly it seems that they are getting better.
This is visible and noticeable in many ways. Many times they might start eating suddenly or speak suddenly. Sometimes they might even suddenly walk, laugh, talk or joke. She says eventually they die a few days later after this period.
The rally is described as a sudden burst of energy that is before death according to Aging Care. This has been observed by many nurses and doctors when they take care of their patients.

The Second Phenomenon

In another video, Julie McFadden talked about the other phenomenon. In this, the patients see their dead family members, friend, or pets before they die.

This phenomenon usually takes place in a month or so before the patient dies. The patient begins to see dead family members, dead family members, old pets that have passed away, spirits, angels. Only they are able to see these things. It can be through a dream sometimes they see them physically. They sometimes even ask if we see what they see.

The patients generally are fearless. They find it comforting. They say that whatever they saw was sending them a message. The message is generally that ‘we will find you soon’ or ‘don’t worry we will help you. Most patients love this experience and it is very comforting and not at all scary for them.
Julie received many appreciating comments on her TikTok. They appreciated her for breaking the taboo of talking about death. Many people thanked her for taking the fear out of them and that they now understand so many things.
