TikTok users have been participating in a trend that helps them figure out if their significant other is lying to them.

This latest fad has been dubbed “Strawberry Question”, which refers to a series of questions centered around a strawberry field.

This test has been used by several TikTok users to understand their partner’s “psychology”. A number of users have been left shocked by the results.

Strawberry Question viral on TikTok?

In the Strawberry Question test or challenge, you would ask your partner a series of questions in order to determine their loyalty.

It begins with a question like this: “If you were really hungry, would you eat a strawberry if you were walking past a strawberry tree?”

If the partner says “no”, the test is over. The next question they need to answer is: “How many?” If the answer is “yes”, they need to specify how many.”

On the test, there is a final question: “If there was a fence, would you jump over it?”

Despite the seemingly silly questions and answers, the results of the tests are shocking to TikTok users who have actually attempted them, especially for those whose partners said yes to all the questions.

What does the test results mean?

Although the Strawberry Question test has no scientific basis, users of TikTok conduct it for fun and judge their partners based on the results.

In other words, if your partner says “yes” to all the questions, then it means they will betray you.

Many TikTok users believe that their partner’s answer to how many strawberries he/she would eat is equivalent to how many people they would cheat on you with. However, the psychology behind the test is unclear.

By nodding “no” to all the questions and refusing to treat the test as valid, they are supposedly guaranteeing there will be no cheating.

Reactions to unexpected answers

Because the person being interviewed is unaware of the significance of strawberries and how eating them is equivalent to cheating on their partners, the trend is quite silly.

The results of the contest are being shared on social media by those who participated.

One user tweeted, “I did the TikTok strawberry question with Adrian, and he didn’t know what I was talking about, but he would never eat strawberries.”

One person wrote, “I did the strawberry question from TikTok with my little boy and he said he wouldn’t eat any strawberries, just wait until he got home”
