An alleged drug was handed to Young Thug while he was in court. As reported by WSBTV reporters Mark Winne and Michael Seiden, surveillance video surfaced on 19th January that showed an alleged “hand-to-hand” exchange of drugs between Young Thug and his co-defendant Kahlieff Adams. In a series of tweets describing the situation, Seiden describes the surveillance showing Adams walking over to where Young Thug is seated with his attorney and dropping a Percocet in his hand. Young Thug surrenders the pill to authorities after being confronted by a deputy. Adams was found with Percocet, marijuana, and tobacco wrapped in plastic, along with food seasonings that hid the smell of weed, he reported.

Moreover, Adams reportedly ingested contraband in an attempt to avoid repercussions and was transported to a local hospital for treatment. A statement has been made by Young Thug’s attorney, Keith Adams, claiming Thugger had no involvement in the situation and immediately handed over the item to a police officer. The Georgia authorities accuse YSL of being a violent street gang, and Young Thug and 13 other codefendants are currently facing trial in Atlanta for the YSL RICO case. In addition to eight counts of violating the RICO Act, Thug, who has been tagged as the ringleader by the prosecution, has been charged with marijuana possession with intent to distribute, codeine possession with intent to distribute, cocaine possession, firearm possession, and machine gun possession.

A Video Shows Young Thug Allegedly Being Handed A Percocet In His Hand By His Co-Defendant Kahlieff Adams

There might be more legal problems ahead for Young Thug. WSBTV reporter Michael Seiden reports that Jeffery Lamar Williams, 31, is being accused of making a hand-to-hand drug exchange while he is in the midst of his trial for RICO. The court footage of Thug and Kahlieff Adams’ alleged transfer was shared by Seiden. Adams approached Thug and shook his hand as he sat next to his attorney, according to investigators. A Percocet was allegedly slipped to Thug at that moment by Adams. Thug handed over the pill after being confronted by a deputy who saw the transfer. In order to determine whether Adams had any additional drugs, deputies began searching him. Officials claim Adams ingested some contraband to conceal its odour. The search turned up more Percocet, marijuana, tobacco, and food seasonings, which were unwrapped and concealed the odour using plastic wrap.

Afterwards, he was taken to the hospital. Keith Adams, Thug’s attorney, told the media the rapper was uninvolved in the man’s actions. The reality is that Mr. Williams had nothing to do with what happened in court yesterday, he stated. A co-defendant attempted to pass something to Mr. Williams on his way to the restroom, who immediately handed it over to the deputy. Turned it over right away to the deputy. Didn’t know what it was. A Georgia anti-racketeering trial is underway for Thug and other YSL associates. The punk rapper was accused of murder, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and attempted armed robbery as part of a criminal street gang he co-founded. Thugger’s attorneys have denied the allegations, insisting that YSL is merely a fashion label and record label. Thug may face 20 years in prison and a fine of $250,000 if convicted.
