Travis Scott will possibly be dragged into court over dumping a fan’s phone before he allegedly assaulted a nightclub worker.

Travis Scott has found himself in hot waters for yet another incident. Moreover, this incident might have taken place just minutes before he allegedly punched a sound engineer in the face.

However, this time Scott is accused of throwing a fan’s phone. In addition, he will most likely face a lawsuit pertaining to it. 

Meanwhile, in the video obtained by TMZ, Scott is seen getting behind the DJ booth at Nebula in New York City. Subsequently, he went ahead and surprised the crowd by performing a DJ set.

Besides that, Scott appears to be agitated as he spins to look at the man who continues to record him with his cell phone.

Regardless, the video gets murky when the 30-year-old rapper snatches the phone from the man’s hand. 

But the phone’s owner revealed to the media outlet that Scott tossed the device which struck him and broke the screen  

Furthermore, the man mentioned that the officials at the club offered to bring tons of free alcohol following his encounter with Scott. But he turned it down.

Additionally, he stated that he is planning to file both a police report and a civil lawsuit against Scott for his actions.

Travis Scott allegedly punches a crew member at a New York club

The police officers were called to Nebula around 3 am on Wednesday after Travis Scott allegedly punched a sound engineer in the face.

Consequently, he also allegedly caused $12,000 worth of damage to a speaker and video screen.

A source close to the venue revealed, ‘Travis and our team are already working with law enforcement to resolve and get to the truth.’

A spokesperson on the other hand mentioned, ‘There was also a verbal dispute at that location that ended in $12,000 worth of damage to equipment. At this time, no warrant is issued, and the suspect is not being sought. However, that may change.’

Scott’s attorney, Mitchell Schuster released a statement following the allegations against his client.

He stated, ‘While this is clearly a misunderstanding being blown out of proportion by clickbait and misinformation, we are actively working with the venue and law enforcement to resolve and set the record straight. We are confident our client will be cleared of any wrongdoing.’
