You would have seen how that TikToker showed three different cup sizes from the Starbucks with the smallest one having drinks up to the brim of the cup. However, the most shocking part of that was when he poured the drink into the other two big sizes cup.
His video was showing how all his cups were holding the same quantity of drink. The video of this was actually posted by a TikToker named Sueco. Sueco is also a rapper by profession. While his video was trying to show how Starbucks was scamming their customers. This particular video actually shocked everyone. While it went viral all over the internet.
TikToker Sueco claiming Starbucks issued him a cease and desist notice
After the viral video of Sueco where he was showing how Starbucks was scamming the customers. Back again we saw him with a new claim this time. Yes, this time he has a claim that he has been issued a notice of cease and desist over the Starbucks cup size controversy.

On TikTok, Sueco shared a video saying he received an order of cease and desist from Starbucks. The letter as per him was saying he was spreading fake, defamatory, and destructive rumours about Starbucks. Not just that, it wants him to comply with cease and desist order. Otherwise, he may be sued with a defamation lawsuit. Additionally, it might delete his social media account completely.

As this whole Sueco’s viral Starbucks cup size controversy came up. We had a duet on TikTok where on one side the video of Sueco was playing. The other video was of Starbucks employee Jill Elysse.
Elysse showed in her video that claims of Sueco were baseless. However, later Sueco even said that after this whole Starbucks controversy. He was interviewed by TMZ as well. Yet there was no such video of him by TMZ online anywhere to be found.
