Famous TikTok Star Gina Marie Krasley has died. She became popular for her TLC Reality Show- “My 500 lb Life”. Marie died at her house surrounded by her family members on Sunday.
She was just 30 years old. In Season 8 of “My 600 lb Life”, Marie told her story of how she got addicted to food. She told that her father used to torture her physically as well as mentally. So, she turned to food for comfort.
After this episode, Krasley became immensely popular. She always remained in people’s eyes through social media. She also told in her obituary that she was passionate about dance.
On TikTok, she used to share several dancing and choreography videos with her fans. Gina Marie Krasley even set a trend named “dancing has no size limit”. It gave confidence to other people of plus size to come up and showcase their talents.
She was also seen in Matt Mulhern’s 1998 film – “Walking to the Waterline”. She always loved spending time with her family and friends. Her family is very supportive. They run a charity for mental health patients in Krasley’s honor. The amazing thing was that they asked the people to come to the funeral in purple and pink. These were Marie’s favorite colors.
TLC also tweeted about her sudden death – “TLC was deeply saddened by the loss of Gina Marie Krasley, who shared her weight loss journey on ‘My 600 lb Life’. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family at this difficult time.”
Krasley was a person full of hope and positivity. She wanted to open up a dance studio for special needs children. Although, this dream of hers was left incomplete. But she was an inspiration for all and will be one always.
