TikTok Musician Goes Viral After Debut Album On Game Boy Advance Cartridges

A TikTok musician recently went viral after re-releasing his debut album on Game Boy Advance cartridges, which you can purchase.

To allow fans to increase their collections, musicians frequently release past projects on numerous mediums. Artists have released albums on 12″ vinyl or old cassette cassettes as a one-of-a-kind keepsake.

When musicians lock their music behind a certain platform, this can be taken to an extreme. For example, country singer Garth Brooks has inked an exclusive multi-year deal with Wal-Mart, allowing listeners to exclusively hear his music there. Kanye West also recently published Donda 2 on his Stem Player, claiming that it will not be released anyplace else.

Triangle is now available for the Game Boy Advance

Slow Magic announced on TikTok on April 20 that his debut album “Triangle” is now available on Game Boy Advance. He can be seen putting the modified cartridge into a Game Boy Advance SP and playing a few songs on it.

Visuals for each song are included on the album, as well as the official music videos for their individual tracks. And you can get your hands on the limited edition right now.

The Game Boy Advance edition is a limited-edition release commemorating the album’s ten-year anniversary. It comes in a Game Boy Advance game box with artwork and a tracklist from the album.

Slow Magic’s Triangle album for the Game Boy Advance is available via the OasisLTD Bandcamp for $40 USD.
