Willie Nelson recently released an album titled, “The Willie Nelson Family” featuring all his children and sister Bobbie too. Although Willie often collaborates with Bobbie, fans are eager to know about the singer’s kids. 

Willie first married Martha Matthews in 1952 but the marriage ended after 10 years. He was married to Shirley Collie from 1963 to 1971. He then married Connie Koepke in 1971 but called it quits in 1988. Annie D’Angelo is his fourth wife and they have been married since 1991. 

The “Funny How Time Slips Away” singer has eight kids.

Lana

During his marriage with Martha, Willie welcomed three kids. The oldest of them was Lana. Willie often shares Lana’s pictures on his social media platforms and has revealed that he shares a very special bond with her as she is his first kid. 

Susie

Susie is Willie and Martha’s second child. She is an author and in 1987, she paid tribute to her musician dad and released an autobiography titled: “ “Heart Worn Memories: A Daughter’s Biography of Willie Nelson”.

WILLIAM “BILLY” HUGH, JR.

Billy was Willie’s third child. After the death of Martha, Billy took his own life on Christmas day in 1991. Sadly he was just 33 years old when he died. Willie was devastated after his son’s death and also claimed that it was a dark period in his life. 

Paula

After Martha, Nelson married Shirley Collie, who was also a singer. He divorced her after some years and then married Connie Koepke. Paula was Connie and Willie’s child ( Willie’s fourth child). 

Paula, just like her father is a talented singer. She has also released songs with her father. 

Amy

Amy was Nelson and Connie’s second child. She too joined the music industry inheriting her father’s talent. She often joins her father on stage. 

Lukas

After Willie and Connie divorced in 1988, he married Annie in 1991 and has been married ever since. Lukas is Willie and Connie’s son. Lukas is also a part of the music industry and has blessed fans with hit masterpieces. He is also the founder of the band “Lukas Nelson & The Promise of the Real.” 

Micah

Jacob Micah is Willie and Annie’s second child. Like his brother, Jacob also has a love for music. He often plays music with his father and brother. 

Renee

Renee’s story is quite an interesting one. In 2012, Willie Nelson found out he shares a daughter with his old friend Mary Haney. He lost touch with Mary and got to know about Renee when he met Mary after decades. 

In an interview, he revealed that he wished he knew Renee sooner because, until the time he found out, Renee had a daughter Noelle and grandson Jordan. Although he was happy to know his daughter.
