One of the biggest news of today is that the two military aircrafts carrying medical help for India have deployed from the US and are on their way. This will be a huge boost for India who has been fighting the pandemic and is not on such good terms in it. Covid has become a big issue for the world and with respect to India the second wave h as to lead to so much destruction in terms of economy and human resources. Austin tweeted a video of the C-17 Globemaster cargo plane taxiing on a runway at an Air Force base in Georgia before taking off for the long-distance flight to India. 

“Look at this! A C-5M Super Galaxy and a C-17 Globemaster III are on their way to India right now. They’re carrying oxygen cylinders/regulators, rapid diagnostic kits, N95 masks, and pulse oximeters from @USAID. Thanks to everyone involved in the effort!” Tweeted Mr. Austin and has given the relief that everyone was looking for. Seeing the situation in India will surely strengthen the relationships between both countries. 

The United States has sent a record $107 million in aid to help flood-stricken neighboring country India. The figure includes $96 million earmarked by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) to purchase emergency supplies, and an additional $11 million in emergency disaster relief from the USA. They have also ensured that the country will be helping the people of India and get them everything possible to recover from this pandemic. Vaccines, beds, oxygen cylinders, and other items would be delivered on time and the relations will be the same as they were earlier.
