Terry Sanderson is considering an appeal after Gwyneth Paltrow’s win in a ski crash trial

Although Gwyneth Paltrow came out victorious in her ski crash trial, Dr. Terry Sanderson is considering appealing to the Supreme Court.

Gwyneth Paltrow wins her ski crash trial

Terry Sanderson’s attorney Robert Sykes talked to TMZ about her win following the creativity.

 He said, ‘We sincerely disagree with the outcome and will consider all options moving forward …. including a motion to the court for a new trial or a possible appeal. All of those things are on the table.’

Moreover, he added, ‘The marathon ski collision trial ended yesterday. We are all exhausted and need a rest. Mr. Sanderson needs to rest today.’

He continued, ‘We have had numerous inquiries and requests for comments, interviews, statements, and the like.’

Meanwhile, this proves that  Sanderson is seemingly considering different options. It also includes Motion for a New Trial and an appeal to the Utah Supreme Court.

They mentioned, ‘These options will be thoroughly explored between the attorneys and Terry Sanderson at a later date.’

He concluded the message by saying, ‘We are grateful for the hard and amazing work by Judge Holmberg, his staff, and the bailiffs. We also thank the jury for its service.’

More about Gwyneth Paltrow’s collision trial

Gwyneth Paltrow was recently indicted for a 2016 collision where the retired optometrist was ready to have a jury with an objective.

Meanwhile, the jury recently determined that Sanderson caused the accident at the ski slope and not the other around.

Meanwhile, the actress was awarded $1 in damages, she demanded the exact amount in her countersuit.

Sanderson fired Paltrow fog hitting him from hitting the retired on the slopes at Deer Valley Resort in Utah back in 2016.

Besides that, Sanderson revealed that he suffered a concussion and was broken by the crash.

Sanderson went on to  $3 million in damages, in his initial lawsuits, however, he was only allowed to get a maximum of $300K.

Paltrow took to Instagram to release a statement via her representatives over win to her 8.3 million followers. 

She said, ‘I felt that acquiescing to a false claim compromised my integrity.’

Subsequently, she went on to express her gratitude towards the judge and jury for their work.

Besides that, Paltrow left court after she touched Sanderson’s shoulder appearing to tell him, ‘I wish you well.’

He went ahead to respond with, ‘Thank you, dear.’
