P!nk, the renowned pop sensation, was scheduled to perform at the Wankdorf Stadium in Bern, Switzerland, on Wednesday, July 3, as part of her Summer Carnival tour. However, just hours before she was set to hit the stage, her team announced the cancellation of the concert due to health issues. The news was shared in a statement on the ticket purchasing site, explaining that the 44-year-old singer had been advised by doctors not to perform.
The statement read, “The planned concert by P!NK at the Wankdorf Stadium Bern on July 3rd has to be canceled. It is with regret that we have to cancel P!nk’s concert on Wednesday, July 3rd at the Wankdorf Stadium in Bern.” It continued, “Due to illness and after a thorough medical examination, the performance has to be canceled for the artist’s well-being.” Fans who purchased tickets were informed that they would be refunded.
The statement further mentioned, “Unfortunately, the concert cannot be rescheduled due to ongoing tour planning. Tickets can be returned at the place of purchase. We deeply regret the circumstances and thank you for your understanding. We wish P!nk a speedy and full recovery.”

Acknowledging the disappointment of her fans, P!nk shared her own sadness about missing the performance. “I was looking forward to being with you and making memories with you and sharing our show with you and am so disappointed that we have to cancel. This isn’t the first time P!nk has had to cancel a show due to health issues. During her ongoing Summer Carnival world tour, which began in 2023, she previously had to reschedule a concert in Arlington, Texas, due to a sinus infection. Additionally, in October 2023, she postponed shows in Tacoma, Washington, and Vancouver, British Columbia, because of family medical issues and a respiratory infection, respectively.
More recently, despite suffering from food poisoning, P!nk managed to perform at her Cardiff, Wales concert on June 11. She shared her determination with fans via Instagram, posting, “CARDIFF WALES I FREAKING LOVE IT HERE AND I CANNOT WAIT TO MAKE MORE MEMORIES WITH YOU TONIGHT!!!!! A LITTLE FOOD POISONING CAN’T STOP US.”
P!nk’s Summer Carnival Tour, her eighth concert tour, kicked off on June 7 last year. It has featured appearances from her family, including a touching duet with her 13-year-old daughter Willow on “Cover Me in Sunshine.” However, Willow recently left the tour to pursue her own theater ambitions, marking her last performance with an emotional video shared by P!nk.
The tour will resume on Saturday, July 6, in Copenhagen, Denmark, and continue throughout Europe before returning to North America. It is set to conclude on November 23 in Miami, after nearly 100 shows.
