The singer, Pink, has undergone hip surgery and now is recovering from the brutal experience. She is thankful for her husband Cary Hart who ensured proper treatment of her wife. She also said that he was taking care of her all the time while her recovery stage.
Pink has proven herself as a warrior in the eyes of the whole world. She is a 42-year-old woman who shared an Instagram post On Wednesday about her recovery stage from hip surgery. She told her fans about the details of the brutal healing process she is suffering through.
Pink’s Experience She Shared on Instagram
She mentioned as a caption below her picture that, “Hey world! This is what 9 hours of sleep and cuddles from my kiddos look like seven days post hip surgery!!”
In the picture, she is smiling wearing all-black shorts and a tank top combo, and offered a shout-out to “everyone at the Steadman Clinic in Vail and Doctor Phillipon” for looking after her in the Hospital.
Pink is the winner of two time Grammy Award who thank her husband, Carey Hart, for helping her during the toughest phase of her life. He also helped her in making the recovery of her hip surgery easier.
She said, “I am not completely grateful. It was a brutal first week full of tears and pain Med depression, ulcers from meds, and constant fevers, but my husband brought me through. (No one recovers from surgery as he does, he’s not real.) He brought me coffee in the shower, lugged around my 100 pound CPM contraptions everywhere I went, dried my tears, cooked me oatmeal, kept track of my meds, got me my phone charger, plugged in my compression machines, took my temperature, made the bed, and talked me off the ledge.”
The singer of lady marmalade talked about the excruciating experience that had made her realize that taking help is ok and accept the situation with gratitude.
She wrote on her social media handle, “Life always reminds you that most setbacks are actually just posed an opportunity to re-calibrate and count your blessings.” Later she added, “I am learning the gift of accepting help will stop my journey will be quick and intentional, and I will make a full recovery. For that, I am so blessed.”
Surgeries Pink’s Family Dealt With
The reason behind her hip surgery is still unknown. The situation she went through in Colorado is one of the many operations that her family has faced to date.
As per sources, her husband had shoulder surgery in August. He had a problem with the rotator cuff which was fixed after the surgery. In September, Cary Hart had replaced the disc of his lower spine.
