Renowned Fortnite streamer Nicholas “Nick Eh 30” has responded to allegations from YouTuber Arcch, who accused him of exploiting viewers for money. The controversy began on December 29, 2024, when Arcch posted a five-minute video accusing Nick Eh 30 of “scamming” him after allegedly ignoring his donations during a live stream.
The Allegation
In his video, Arcch explained that he donated $4 during one of Nick Eh 30’s members-only live streams, hoping for the streamer to provide a Fortnite challenge for his YouTube video. Arcch claimed that Nick Eh 30, who has been vocal about supporting smaller creators, ignored the donation.
To get a response, Arcch made a second donati on of $2 but alleged that it was also overlooked. Feeling slighted, Arcch released a longer video on December 31, 2024, accusing the Canadian content creator of being dishonest and exploiting his audience for monetary gain.
Nick Eh 30’s Response
On January 7, 2025, Nick Eh 30 addressed the allegations in a video, strongly denying the claims and accusing Arcch of “slandering” him for views. Nick argued that the YouTuber fabricated a narrative to benefit his own channel, saying:
“He’s clearly using my name to create a false narrative to gain views and propel his channel forward. This is a wild claim with absolutely zero proof!”
Nick emphasized that Arcch never reached out for a refund or clarification through social media or email, adding that he would have refunded the donation if asked.
Stance Against Censorship
Nick Eh 30 further stated that he would not issue a DMCA strike on Arcch’s videos, despite the controversy. He maintained his support for free speech, asserting:
“Everyone is more than allowed to have their opinion, make videos of me, form opinions. I will never DMCA strike or copyright claim them.”

However, he criticized Arcch for misleading viewers and creating unnecessary drama:
“With two videos on your channel, you clearly were looking for drama and looking to profit off my name… You don’t have to purposely mislead everybody just to get a video out there and build up your subscribers.”
As of now, Arcch has not responded to Nick Eh 30’s rebuttal. The incident has sparked discussions among fans about the ethics of leveraging controversies for online fame and the challenges public figures face in maintaining transparency while managing their brand.
This episode sheds light on the pressures streamers face from their communities and the fine line between genuine grievances and baseless allegations in the online content world.
