NBA YoungBoy and Bobby Shmurda got into a war of words over the weekend on social media.

Here is everything you need to know.

Bobby Shmurda and NBA YoungBoy beef explained

The online beef between NBA YoungBoy and Bobby Shmurda seemingly started following Rowdy Rebel’s recent interview.

Moreover, the GS9 representative recently sat down with Math Hoffa for an interview on My Expert Opinion. During the exchange Rebel talked about King Von’s death and how it could have been avoided.

He mentioned, ‘[King Von’s] mind off the rip went to kill. How you went to kill? How much hate you have already to kill this man? You feel what I’m saying? Was it the drugs?’

Besides that, NBA YoungBoy himself took to his Instagram Stories on Sunday 27th November to respond to Rebel’s remark. He went on to call the other two rappers ‘irrelevant.’

He further wrote, ‘I ain’t doin’ no fallin’ around this b**ch n***a. This flunk-a** n***a want another n***a to jump out the truck and pump-fake and then get shot in his face? Man, you sound stupid as a f**k, man. You n****s dumb, bro.’

Subsequently, the Lonely Child hitmaker claimed that he did not want to fight with either Shmurda or Rowdy.

However, in a follow-up video, he called out Shmurda saying that he does not know how to rap anymore. He further stated that Shmurda’s career took a turn when he was taken into custody at the height of his career.

Bobby Shmurda responds to NBA YoungBoy’s comments

Bobby Shmurda on the other hand fired back at NBA YoungBoy during his Instagram Live. In one of his comments, the Hot Boy rapper threatened to ‘boom’ NBA YoungBoy, Wack 100, and DJ Akademiks.

Meanwhile, YoungBoy shared videos where he said that Shmurda was ‘doped-up’ during his video sessions. He went on to mock Shmurda for his ‘boom Wack 100’ comment.

Besides that, Shmurda replied by saying that his parole officer had contacted him and said that he did want any problems this time around.

The 28-year-old rapper further alleged that the heated exchange with Louisiana, is a scheme to get him back behind prison bars. Shmurda then called YoungBoy, ‘one of the biggest slaves’ in the music industry.

However, in a later post, Shmurda appears to have indirectly apologized to NBA YoungBoy for his actions. But the Louisiana rapper is yet to respond to Shmurda’s apology.
