It seems like we are hearing a lot more of The Smiths lately as they again make the headline however this time it includes rapper, Kodak Black. Here’s everything you need to about the latest controversy revolving around The Smiths and Kodak Black.
Kodak Black opinions on Will and Jada’s relationship
Just when we thought that the whole Will Smith- slap- Oscars drama has simmered down a little, they are again being dragged into the news when Kodak Black gave his unwelcome opinion on the star couple’s relationship.
The 24 years old rapper recently went live on his official Instagram handle. Though he couldn’t be seen clearly in the video, Black vocals were quite audible.
The Tunnel Vision singer didn’t bother with hearts and flowers as he tried to woo Will Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith by making some crude suggestions about their married life.
He called out Jada over the confessions she made on the Red Table Talk, back in 2017. The interview showed Jada opening up about her nuptials with Will and the pressure she faced as a young girl. She also implied that she never wanted to get married.
Black criticized the 50 years old actress for still being married to the Oscar winner while already having confessed that she was in an extramarital affair with another man.
His opinions didn’t end here, as he also told Jada to leave her 53 years old husband and be with him. He further said that she didn’t deserve Will and should be with him (Kodak).
Kodak Black is an American rapper who hails from Pompano Beach, Florida. His birth name was Dieuson Octave but he changed it to Bill Kahan Kapri as his legal name. He gained recognition for his 2014 single, No Flockin. He has released four albums as of yet: Painting Pictures (2017), Dying to Live (2018), Bill Israel (2020), and Back for Everything (2022).
Meanwhile, Will hasn’t yet replied to Kodak’s behavior.
The Oscar Incident
The annual Academy Awards ceremony of Oscars of 2022 will surely be remembered as the time when ‘the slap’ happened.
For the people who have been living under the rock, Will slapped the Oscar presenter, Chris Rock when he made a joke about Jada’s bald head. Will also won his first Oscar award a few moments after slapping Rock.
The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air faced backlash and criticism on many social media platforms for his violent actions. Consequently, he was banned from attending the Oscars and other academy awards for a decade, after already resigning from the association.
