It was recently during Stephanie’s appearance on The Skinny Confident Him and Her podcast that she opened up about getting fired by Kim. Talking about the same she said, “So i got fired. And it was such a huge deal at the time. I mean fired in the nicest way, like I was crying, she was crying, because we are friends”.

Stephanie talked at length on the podcast about her departure from Kim’s life as her assistant. She said, “I just inherently felt like, ‘It is time to move on. I don’t know if I have anything more I can contribute to this’. I think she probably felt that and saw that”.
Shephard added about Kim’s decision on Stephanie willing to move on. As she said, “[So] she’s like, ‘I want you to [thrive]. You need something more. You have this thing-pursue that. I’m supporting you [with] whatever you need”. All this hinted at Stephanie’s beautiful bond with Kim Kardashian.

While the former assistant of Kim Kardashian called her firing from the job as “most beautiful uncoupling”. She even went on to share her experience of working for Kim and handling her work. As she recalled it as “It’s a machine, and it is meticulous. I always say it is my graduate school”.
Working for a big reality TV star like Kim surely gave Stephanie exposure to fame. Yet, on the work front, the former assistant of Kim got to learn a lot while working for her. She said, “Every single step of everything that you have to know about being an entrepreneur in the entertainment business, i learned from working under Kim”.
