As per the latest reports, the attorneys of Kevin Costner have accused Christine Baumgartner of gamesmanship. As per documents cited by People, it says “Four months into this matter, and three months away from the commencement of the trial on the validity of the PMA (Premarital Agreement), Christine refuses to make known all of her contentious regarding the validity of the PMA”.

As per the legal team of Kevin, the claims about Christine say that her refusal to answer questions has “unreasonably interfered with Kevin’s right to conduct discovery relevant to the validity of the PMA and to timely prepare for that trial”. Meanwhile, the trial of the duo parties is to begin in November this year.
