First off, Kanye told about few things about his new album. On Instagram, he shared a post that Universal Music didn’t ask his permission about this release. Additional information is that the group inhibited the song from the album “Jail 2”. Though, Kanye deleted this post. Yet, it is believed that West didn’t have complete control in his album’s release. Later, Jail 2 song was released on the same platform.

The speculation why the studios may have withdrawn it earlier because the featuring the artists like Marilyn Manson and DaBaby in it. Previously, Marilyn accused West of molestation. Whereas, In DaBaby’s Rolling Loud, there was a homophobic dilemma in the comments section.
Andrew from @FakeShoreDrive made a clear statement in 2019, that, West is not interested to execute Secular music anymore. Also, Kim Kardashian came up to say that Kanye began to come out healing from his personal problems.

Finally, another speculation is Kayne is looking to achieve big numbers in popularity. This reclaims his big name in the music industry hence, gaining huge nominations and demand.
