The alleged victim, now 19, shared screenshots of these messages on social media, which show ChrisV engaging in explicit conversations on platforms like X (formerly Twitter) and Snapchat.

The controversy began when the accuser posted screenshots online, revealing messages sent by ChrisV between 2021 and 2022, during which time she was 17. These accusations have garnered significant attention on social media, with many people condemning ChrisV’s alleged actions.

In her posts, the accuser showed that ChrisV continued to send inappropriate messages even after she disclosed her age. In a conversation dated December 15, 2021, the accuser informed ChrisV that she was 17. Initially, ChrisV seemed to back off, stating he thought she was 19. However, further screenshots suggest that he resumed sending inappropriate messages in January 2022.

The accuser claimed she attempted to reach out to Kai Cenat and his team but received no substantial response. Her detailed thread on X went viral, catching the attention of many within the streaming community. FaZe Clan’s YourRAGE even intervened, helping connect the accuser with Cenat.

Kai Cenat’s Response

Kai Cenat addressed the allegations in a tearful live stream, confirming the authenticity of the screenshots. He stated, “She showed me every single thing, I messaged to confirm the number. It’s confirmed, alright? All that is confirmed.” Cenat expressed his frustration and disappointment over the situation, emphasizing that ChrisV’s actions were inexcusable.

Visibly upset, Cenat explained, “My cameraman Chris, in 2021, he got caught talking to a minor who was 17 years old. She initially lied about her age but then disclosed she was 17. Right at that moment, you’re supposed to stop texting. You can’t have an excuse for this.”

Kai Cenat made it clear that he does not condone ChrisV’s behavior and has severed ties with him immediately. “I’m not associating myself with him. I’m making sure everything behind the scenes is being taken care of the right way.”
