Cate Shortland was an open book during a Variety interview with her for her directing Marvel Studios’ Black Widow. She was candid, funny, and excited until she spoke about the post-credit scene in Black Widow. She revealed many of the scenes and gave spoilers to the audience, thus making some of the things in the movie even more interesting.

She gave in-depth and interesting answers to the Zoom interview. Even though they were after the release of her movie, and she was fully aware that she wouldn’t be published, she said what she thought about the film. ” Black Widow” gets off to a spunky start with an explosive battle, and there’s plenty of life left in this second instalment, which gives us several unexpected twists and a few fitting touches in the end. She added.

SPOILER ALERT :

In the scene, Yelena is showing up at Natasha’s grave, shunning her superhero name — she has a dog with her, and the assumption is that she’s been living off the grid. The exquisite gravestone for Natasha Romanoff (aka Black Widow) stands out atop a snowy hillside in Russia. It features a photo of the former spy, her birth year, and her epitaph “Daughter, Sister, Avenger”—referring to her relationship to both her sister, Yelena.

Yelena whistles while standing at Natasha’s grave, the same pattern she used with her sister when they were kids. It was one that Natasha would always respond to and it brought Yelena comfort. However, in this case, the audience waits for Natasha to respond. This makes the audience realize that the character is now gone and won’t be returning soon. Between all this, Yelena and Shortland say to each other that they have listened to the whistle too, but it seems that it was just an illusion. With all this, it marks the end of the spoilers.
