Music mogul Diddy faces yet another legal challenge as a woman named April Lampros has come forward, alleging that he drugged and sexually assaulted her multiple times. This lawsuit marks the seventh such accusation against the embattled star, adding to a growing list of legal troubles.

On Thursday, May 23, TMZ reported that attorney Tyrone Blackburn filed the lawsuit on behalf of Lampros. According to the suit, Lampros claims she met Diddy in 1995 at a SoHo bar in New York City while she was a student at the Fashion Institute of Technology. She alleges that Diddy invited her to his room at the Millenium Hotel, where she began feeling disoriented as he allegedly forced himself on her. Lampros recounts that she was conscious during the assault and woke up the next morning nude, sore, and confused.

The lawsuit details a pattern of predatory behavior. Lampros asserts that Diddy contacted her again months later, offering access to music industry events. Despite the traumatic first encounter, Lampros, described by her attorney as a “hopeful yet naive college student,” decided to meet him again. She alleges that during this second meeting, Diddy forced her to perform oral sex in a parking garage, an incident witnessed by a garage attendant to whom Diddy appeared indifferent.

Following this, Lampros claims she rejected Diddy’s advances, which allegedly led him to adopt a “mobster persona.” He began incessantly calling her, threatening to blacklist her in the industry. According to Lampros, Diddy “ordered” her to his apartment, where she was introduced to Kim Porter. She alleges that Diddy coerced her into taking ecstasy and then demanded she engage in sexual acts with Porter while he watched and masturbated, followed by another rape.

Lampros ended her relationship with Diddy in 1998 but claims to have had a chance encounter with Kim Porter at a restaurant where she worked. According to the suit, Porter accused Lampros of trying to poison her, leading to Lampros’ dismissal from the job.

The legal documents further describe an incident at Rockefeller Center in late 2000 or early 2001, where Lampros allegedly ran into Diddy and Jennifer Lopez. She claims Diddy later came to her apartment, where he “violently grabbed her and forced himself on her,” though she managed to escape.

In a startling revelation, Lampros states that in 2023, her boyfriend informed her of a video online showing her having sex with Diddy. She alleges that Diddy recorded their sexual encounter without her consent. Lampros is suing Diddy for sexual assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The lawsuit also names Bad Boy Records, Arista, and Sony Music Entertainment as defendants, accusing them of enabling Diddy’s behavior.

Tyrone Blackburn, representing Lampros, is also the attorney for Rodney Jones and Liza Gardner in their lawsuits against Diddy, as well as Grace O’Marcaigh in her case against Christian Combs. Furthermore, Blackburn recently filed a sexual assault lawsuit on behalf of Crystal McKinney against Diddy on May 21.

As Diddy continues to face these serious allegations, the entertainment industry watches closely, awaiting his response and the potential impact on his career and legacy.
