David Dobrik is ensuring that none of the ingredients goes to waste after the star-studded launch of his latest pizza restaurant.
Most recently, a representative of Dobrik claimed that the Youtuber turned pizza shop owner has donated around 65 lbs of tomatoes to the kitchen of Ronald McDonald House.
Moreover, insiders said that the tomatoes were initially used to decorate Dobrik’s Doughbrik’s afterparty that took place on Sunday.
According to the pictures taken at the launch party, the fruits were placed at the front and center of the launch party’s red carpet. Additionally, the images showed a fountain that was filled up to the brim with tomatoes.
However, the 26-year-old content creator donated the tomatoes the following to RMHC. Furthermore, reports also claim that Dobrik sent a number of canned tomatoes to the pantry of the charity.
David Dobrik opens pizza joint in Los Angeles
David Dobrik launched his latest dining establishment, Doughbrik’s on 12th November. The already popular pizza parlor is located on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood.
In addition, the Doughbriks drew a massive crowd as fans waited in hours-long lines to dine at the pizza joint.
Meanwhile, the Vlog Squad leader talked about the endeavor during an interview with KTLA.
He mentioned, ‘It’s so cliche to say, but it just doesn’t make any sense.’
Dobrik continued, ‘And I know that’s what everyone says, but when you’re here and you’re seeing this, it’s the most crazy feeling in the world.’
Furthermore, the internet star revealed that his latest establishment took him almost three years to accomplish while talking with ET.
He said, ‘I’ve been working on it for so long… and I remember every month. Everybody that’s come by has absolutely loved it.’
Subsequently, he explained that he used the time that he originally spent editing YouTube videos to focus on the execution of his pizza joint.
He shared, ‘I think it goes back to creating a fun experience where everyone just comes in and they go in as they please. Now, I finally have a place like that but for the public.’
He further states, ‘This pizza is the one I would order if I didn’t own this place, so this is. I’m telling you, just come out and try it and then make your judgments. I know you’ll love it.’
