Christina Ricci gets joint custody with former husband James Heerdegen
Christina Ricci is finally in agreement with her ex James Heerdegen about their divorce proceedings.
According to reports, Ricci will most likely get their home in Los Angeles as well as her movie money. However, she will need to provide for certain things to even them out.
According to the legal documents obtained by TMZ, Ricci, who is represented by attorney Samantha Spector, will get the San Fernando Valley place.
But she and Heerdegen will split the money that will come after the sale of their New York City home.
In addition, the 42-year-old actress will be allowed to keep her residuals and royalties for her work.
The film producer on the other hand gets a Subaru and his personal belongings. Additionally, Ricci will pay Heerdegen one time payment of $189,687.
Meanwhile, the documents did not list any spousal or child support. However, Ricci will be required to pay 100% for the fees of the private schools that their 8-year-old son Freddie attends. Also, she has to pay for any uncovered medical expenses of their son.
Although Ricci and Heerdegen will share joint legal custody of their son, the Emmy-nominated star has the power to make the tiebreaking call on important decisions such as medical and educational.
