Chris Brown Hit With Lawsuit Over Alleged Tequila Bottle Assault and Stomping Incident

According to a new complaint, Chris Brown beat the crap out of a man in a London nightclub, & his wounds became so severe that he landed up in the hospital. A guy named Abe Diaw has filed a lawsuit against Chris, alleging that he struck him across the head with a bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila in February at the TAPE nightclub in England. Diaw alleges in the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, that Chris used the tequila bottle as a weapon, pummeling Diaw over the head with “crushing strikes.” The man alleges he got knocked unconsciously, but that did not deter Chris from continuing the assault… he alleges Chris Brown savagely stepped on him as he lay motionless on the club floor.
Diaw alleges in the documents that he was hospitalised as a result of his purported injuries, which include cuts on his head as well as ruptured ligaments in his leg. Chris’ accuser claims there is security footage of the entire incident… and that detectives in London have the purported beatdown video. Diaw believes he recognises Chris in the video and that CB is a fugitive in the UK as a consequence of the claimed event. And, get this, Diaw alleges that he’s known Chris for a minimum of seven years & assumed Chris was approaching him at the club to embrace him when Brown reportedly struck him three times using the tequila bottle. Diaw claims his injuries are permanent, and he is experiencing severe emotional agony and trauma. He’s suing Chris for monetary damages.
Chris Brown Is Being Sued By A British Man Who Claims The Singer Hit Him With A Bottle As Well As Stomped On Him
Chris Brown faces a lawsuit by a British guy who claims the singer physically attacked him in a London nightclub. On February 19, the R&B singer was in London for his U.K. tour when a scuffle purportedly broke out at The Tape Club in London’s Mayfair. Brown allegedly attacked producer Abe Diaw with a bottle continuously in an unprovoked assault before stepping on him as he lay on the ground. According to TMZ, Diaw claims Chris Brown began by bashing him in the head using a tequila bottle. The “crushing blow” knocked him unconscious. However, the claimed victim claims that the assault did not stop there. Chris Brown allegedly stomped on Diaw while he lay on the floor. Diaw claims Brown caused serious injuries that required him to be hospitalised, according to the petition. Diaw claims he sustained head injuries and ruptured ligaments in his leg. Diaw believes that London police have CCTV footage of the whole incident. He also alleges that he’s known Chris Brown for over seven years & can recognise him in the video.
According to the producer, Brown is a fugitive in the United Kingdom as a result of the claimed incident. When Brown’s accuser approached with the bottle, he wrongly thought the singer would be coming to hug him. Diaw is suing Chris Brown for monetary damages, claiming severe emotional anguish, trauma, and perhaps permanent injury. According to a source who spoke to The Sun in May, “Chris realises he will be detained if he returns to the UK, but he continues to do whatever he can to prevent it.” Given Chris Brown’s “extensive previous record of violence,” this new incident serves as no surprise. Brown has been engaged in numerous assaults throughout the last 15 years, most of which have made international headlines. Some of these incidents, while far from exhaustive, are “reminders of Brown’s brutal character & his incapacity to live within the constraints of the law,” according to the documents.
