BTS’s Suga Shares His Future Retirement Plans

BTS member Suga recently talked about his vision for his future retirement plans while talking with a bunch of fans in South Korea.

At what age is Suga of BTS planning to retire?

BTS’s Suga headed back to South Korea earlier this week following the conclusion of his US tour. Moreover, he held a small fam meeting called Agust D D-DAY: Movie Night, in Seoul on 21st May.

In addition, he spent quality time with fans and discussed a range of topics including his retirement plans.

The Daechwita rapper went on to admit that he sees himself working till he turns 60.

As per AllKPop, he said, ‘I envision myself performing until my 60s.’

Nevertheless, the fans responded with a roar and urged him to work till his final moments.

They shouted, ‘Please grace the stage till your final moments.’

Suga on the other hand responded with a light-hearted retort saying, ‘Let me rest a little bit before I die though. I don’t think I’ll be able to even hold a mic at that age!’

Suga talks about the things he learned from his solo tour

According to multiple fan accounts, Suga also opened up about his learnings when he hit the road for his solo tour.

The idol said that it was during the tour that he felt about performing on stage for as long as possible.

He seemingly stated, ‘When I had a concert in LA, Bang PD and other staff members in our company also came, then we talked.’

He added, ‘There are staff members who’ve worked with me since I was a trainee. They told me, ‘Yoongi-ah, you would do this for a long time.’

Besides that, the rapper was caught heading for Jakarta on Wednesday afternoon following his quick break in South Korea.

If you didn’t know, the media spotted him at the airport as he left for the Indonesian capital to kick off the Asia leg of his tour. The concert is scheduled to take place on Friday.

Besides that, Suga shared his excitement after news broke that he has been announced as the new global ambassador of the NBA. 

He remarked, ‘Music and basketball have been shared passions of mine since my youth, and it’s a dream to be named an NBA Ambassador.’

Furthermore, he said, ‘I’m excited to formalize my relationship with the NBA, and I can’t wait to share some exciting collaborations I have planned with the league over the coming months.’
