Recently, Misha Green and Jurnee Smollett are being together on their third project. Whereas, Smollett’s Birds of Prey character Black Canary are on a brand new exploration. But not anywhere, instead of this, there is her standalone film for HBO Max. Smollett confirmed his news on her Twitter social media account. The duo is evolving the plan with DC Films. The DC films are president Walter Hamada and Galen Vaisman.

Green and Smollett, who first worked together on the historical drama series in the year 2016. And the newest series which they are partnered for HBO’s “Lovecraft Country.” Moreover, the series is so incredible that the series nominated in horror drama received 18 Emmy nominations for its single-season run. Comprising with Smollett’s first Emmy nod, and also a best drama series nomination. Let’s wait for their one more thrill series.

Once again they are working together

Apart from this Last year, Green and Smollett teased their interest in associating. They teased for a project called “Black Carnary” that they fight in a video game “injustice 2”. And with that Misha chose to play a role as Black Carnary. Once in a previous interview, Misha said that Smollett landing the part in the movie “Birds of prey” in the year 2020. It felt like fate to them. They both are excited to be with each other once again. Green added that it is the opportunity to work on a Black Canary project. And will shine once again.
