MARVEL Studios will be releasing What If…? Episode 3. The show is directed by A.C. Bradley. Stan Lee created the whole Marvel Cinematic Universe cast. The show is the first animated series of MCU. The show focuses on alternate timelines, narrated by The Watcher. Different scenarios are implemented with the idea of what would have happened if things would have occurred in a different manner.
What If…? Episode 2 – Recap
In Episode 2, there is a unique twist in the storylines of Yondu and T’Challa. The Ravagers and Yondu are on a mission to capture the Celestial being Ego, Peter Quill. In the mission of 1988 on Earth, Yondu’s men kidnap young T’Challa from Wakanda. Their mission was to capture Peter Quill, but they failed drastically. T’Challa was very eager to know the world outside of Wakanda. Yondu promised to show him not only the world but the Universe. Yondu trains T’Challa for years and converts him to – Star-Lord.
When T’Challa tried going back to Wakanda, Yondu lies to him about Wakanda getting destroyed. He then kept working with the Ravagers but now they are more like Robin Hood and worked for the poor. In 20 years of his adventure, T’Challa became friends with Nebula and Thanos the Mad Titan. Nebula asks T’Challa for help in acquiring Embers of Genesis from “The Collector” Tivan. Yondu agrees to the plan.
While on the mission, T’Challa discovers a ship from Wakanda which gives him the idea of his father being alive. Nebula works according to the plan and acquires the Embers of Genesis and walks away from the Ravagers. T’Challa and Yondu fight “The Collector” in a deathly battle and puts him in a cage. After the fight, Yondu takes T’Challa to Wakanda and they all meet T’Challa’s Baba. The episode ends with Ego meeting his son, Peter Quill.
What If…? Episode 3 – Plot Synopsis
The episode will feature Loki presenting himself as King of Asgard to the whole Government of the World. The fourth episode will also have cameos of famous MCU characters. The episode will release on the 25th of August, 2021. Viewers can stream the episodes on Disney+.

“What If…? Episode 3” is set to release on Wednesday 25 August 2021 at 12:30 PM IST on Disney Plus. The title of episode 3 is not revealed yet. We will update you as soon as Marvel reveals the title.
