Racket Boys Season 2 – As K-Drama cultured shows are taking a turn towards worldwide popularity. Today we will be talking about a very popular Ongoing K-Drama series known as the Racket Boys.

Racket Boys Season 2 Plot Synopsis

A story of a boys badminton team at a school situated in Haenam. As they compete in a junior-level competition, their life takes a lot of new twists and turns. Once known as the best player of Haenam, Yoon Hyeon-Jong, is now a coach to a team of amateur badminton boys. 

Meanwhile, Ra Yeong-Ja is the coach of the girls’ badminton team at a different middle school in Haenem. Her badminton team is currently #1 in the region.

Episodes 14 and 15 will decide the fate of the Racket Boys as they will be seen struggling in the championship matches, trying to maintain their resolutions.

On the other side, Kang Tae Seon is preparing for his comeback. Will they make it through the last barrier? Will they become losers or winners?

Season 2 will focus on the boys’ badminton team and how they will rise to the top with the guidance of their coach.

Racket Boys Season 2: When will it air?

There is no official release date revealed yet, we will update you as soon the officials of Racket Boys update anything. Currently, Season 1 is still ongoing and it is supposed to end on August 2, 2021, with episode 16. SBS and Netflix have not given any specific clues about the release date of next season. Viewers are expecting another season due to the popularity and binding story of the show. 

Season 2 Cast and New Faces

The main cast includes Kim Sang Kyung, Oh Na Ra, Tang Joon Sang, Son Sang Yeon, Choi Hyun Wook, Kim Kang Hoon, Lee Jae In, Lee Ji Won.

For the viewers, it is kept as a surprise who will be joining the cast. But it is sure to see some new faces in the future episodes of the Racket Boys.

Notes

Due to the Covid-19 crisis in South Korea, the airing time of the show will and the airing of the Tokyo Summer Olympic Games will be delayed.

 According to reports, Episode 15 has been delayed as the series has now moved on to a new one-episode per week broadcast schedule.

The new timing of Episode 15 is expected as:

  • Eastern Time: 11 AM EDT on Monday, July 26th
  • Central Time: 10 AM CDT on Monday, July 26th
