Following a hiatus of three years, HBO’s dark comedy, Barry is finally back for its third season
The series made its debut in 2018. It follows the story of Berkman, aka Barry Block, played by SNL alum Bill Hader. He acts as a socially-awkward contract killer who enrolls in an acting class while performing a hit in Los Angeles. He gradually comes to realize that he doesn’t want to kill people anymore.
The show received massive appreciation from both audience and critics alike. It has amassed nearly thirty Primetime Emmy nominations for its first two seasons. Hader on the other hand won the Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series twice.

When Will Barry Season 3 Air?
The first episode of Barry Season 3 is slated to be released on Sunday, April 24th, 2022, at 10 PM EST. The show will air on both HBO as well as HBO Max.
They will air each subsequent episode until 12th June 2022 when the finale of the season will be premiered.
Who is in the Cast of Barry Season 3?
Most of the characters from Barry’s initial two seasons will return to reprise their roles.
Along with Hader Barry, the upcoming season will feature Stephen Root, Sarah Goldberg, Anthony Carrigan, Henry Winkler, Sarah Burns, D’Arcy Carden, along with Michael Irby.
We will also be witnessing new faces in Barry Season 3. WandaVision’s Fred Melamed and Eighth Grade’s Elsie Fisher are among some fresh names. Regardless, not much is not known about their characters.

What Will be the Plotline for Barry Season 3?
According to the synopsis released by HBO, in the forthcoming season, we will most likely witness Barry struggling with his identity. The season will also showcase some of the reasons why he decided to be a contract killer.
Similar to the storylines of the previous two seasons, it will also explore the existential dread that follows after you try to discover your identity.
Is Barry renewed for season 4?
HBO technically hasn’t yet renewed Barry for a fourth season.
Hader however confirmed that the plot of the fourth season was written during the COVID-19 lockdown.
