Recently, Triple H recalled an important lesson he learned from former WWE CEO Vince McMahon.

As CEO and President of WWE for many years, Vince McMahon served as the linchpin of the organization. In addition, he was a significant contributor to the creative team of WWE programming.

He made his retirement from the company public in July.

Following McMahon's departure, Triple H took over as CCO and began managing the creative divisions of all three brands. The 53-year-old told The Sporting News an important lesson he took from Vince McMahon.

"I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Vince, for many people present, but especially for Vince. Nothing like this would have existed."
