Travis Scott’s First Festival Performance After Astroworld Tragedy Canceled

Travis Scott’s first scheduled festival appearance since the 2021 Astroworld tragedy, in which 10 people died, was canceled on Friday (July 1), Variety reports

According to Variety, Scott was originally scheduled to headline the Coachella festival this year, but his appearance was canceled,

An official investigation concluded that 10 people at the Nov. 5 concert in Houston all died from compression asphyxia during a massive crowd surge, The Associated Press reported.
