The director of the upcoming live action Disney movie has opened up about her audition for the movie, where he asked her to sing “Part of Your World.”

In the original animated film, the “Part of Your World” reprise shows the iconic moment with the waves splashing behind Ariel.

There are going to be original songs in the new live action The Little Mermaid! The upcoming Disney movie is set to come out in 2023.
