Jodie Foster Joins 'True Detective' Season 4 at HBO

On Thursday (May 26), Variety announced that the 59-year-old actress would be joining the cast of True Detective season 4.

The fourth season will reportedly focus on the disappearance of six men who operate the Tsalal Arctic Research Station vanish without a trace.

To solve the case, Detectives Liz Danvers (Foster) and Evangeline Navarro will have to confront the darkness they carry in themselves

She won the award for best actress for her roles in both “The Accused” and “The Silence of the Lambs.
